Bullet Receptacle are used in conjunction with a Bullet Terminal to form a Quick Connect that can be connected or disconnected at will. The diameter of both Bullet & Receptacle must be the same. To install strip 1/4" of insulation from Primary Wire end and insert into Terminal end, butting up to the barrel of the Receptacle. A crimp is made on the insulation over the Terminal end, crimping the wire end inside the Terminal barrel. The Terminal is tin-plated brass providing excellent conductivity and longevity in repeated disconnects, and is covered with a flared PVC vinyl insulation. The flared insulation allows for easy insertion into the Terminal. Terminal is color coded Red to indicate 22-16 AWG gauge of wire is to be used.
