Large with clear yellow skin, similar in shape to 'Delicious' with less prominent knobs. Highly aromatic, crisp, excellent for eating and cooking. It is a sweet apple requiring little added sugar in cooking uses, such as sauce, pie and baking, where its firmness helps hold its shape. Ripens in mid-October.
